Compliant bundles for Malaysian EFS and England & Wales, first time

And the bundle comes out compliant the first time. A Peninsular Malaysian EFS bundle has to be portrait, A4, unlocked, flattened, free of links and under 50 MB. Miss one and the portal hands it back — which is how a single filing turns into a night of adjusting and re-uploading until EFS finally takes it. LHT DMS applies every one of those requirements as the bundle is built, in one pass — and we are not aware of any other software that does, or that downloads from the EFS portal in the first place. Sabah & Sarawak run a lighter regime — EKSS CMS-A takes a PDF up to 20 MB without those restrictions — and the app sets itself to whichever of the three your licence is registered for. For England & Wales it is the reverse problem: CE-File will accept almost anything, but the Judiciary's guidance on electronic bundles will not. The same pipeline gives you pagination that matches the PDF page numbers, a hyperlinked index, bookmarks carrying their page numbers, and OCR on every page of text.

What it is not: a case management system or a hearing platform. LHT DMS does the document work — getting the court file in, and getting a compliant bundle out — and sits alongside whatever you already use to run the matter.
